Interventions to reduce or prevent lifestyle risks for people with disability

Abstract: This Evidence Snapshot, commissioned by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, identifies evaluated interventions targeting lifestyle risks and behaviours that reduce the risk of chronic disease for adults with disability.
