“…Herein, we have presented our step‐wise approach to percutaneous cholecystoscopy and ultrasonic lithotripsy using a variation of recently reported techniques. It should be noted that while it is ideal to perform cholecystostomy and cholecystoscopy as a staged procedure, both may be performed as a single‐session in select cases .
