Abstract:Academic burnout is the stress that students experience for a long time as a result of academic tasks. The objective of the present study was to examine whether the use of refresh activation, which is an active meditation that uses movement, conscious breathing, focus on attention and music, as a coping technique contributes positively to academic burnout.
