Interstitial lung disease in elderly

Abstract: Interstitial lung disease in elderly are one of the most important issues of geriatric pneumology. Among them, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is the most important clinical problem with increasing rate as ageing. In elderly, the rate of IPF is higher than in younger populations.
