Interstitial lung disease as the first manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis: a case report

Abstract: BACKGROUNDRheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune, chronic and systemic disease with no defined etiology, that primarily affects synovial joints. Lung and pleura are also common sites of extraarticular involvement.
