“…In research and clinical settings, use of the craniocervical flexion test (CCF) has become popular as it evaluates the function of the deep cervical flexors, longus colli and longus capitis (Jull et al, 2008b). Studies have also described a more global isometric neck flexion test to evaluate neck function (Vitti et al, 1973, Grimmer, 1994, Cleland et al, 2006.
