Interpreting the pathogenicity of Joubert Syndrome missense variants inCaenorhabditis elegans

Abstract: Ciliopathies are a large class of inherited disorders caused by defects in cilia. Variants in ciliopathy genes are highly pleiotropic and represent excellent case studies for interrogating genotype-phenotype correlation.
