Interpretation of Open Legal Policy by the Constitutional Judges in Judicial Review of Parliamentary Thresholds

Abstract: This study attempted to discuss the interpretation of open legal policy by constitutional judges in terms of reviewing legislation related to the legal norms of parliamentary thresholds.
