Interpretable machine learning of action potential duration restitution kinetics in single-cell models of atrial cardiomyocytes

Abstract: Action potential duration (APD) restitution curve and its maximal slope (Smax) reflect single cell-level dynamic instability for inducing chaotic heart rhythms.
