Abstract: Protein degraders, such as bifunctional proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), selectively eliminate target proteins by leveraging the natural protein degradation machinery. PROTACs bridge the target protein with an E3 ligase, which induces ubiquitination and degradation.
