Interphase Chemistry and Li-Ion Transport in Negative Electrode Materials Studied by XPS and ToF-SIMS

Abstract: Understanding the electrode processes occurring at the electrode/electrolyte interface and in the bulk electrode material is necessary for developing the electrochemical performances of lithium-ion (LIB), sodium-ion, sulfur or metal-air batteries.
