This research is significant, as traffic jam has become the main challenge in current metropolitan cities. Both in developed and developing nations, it is a concern for an ambulance to carry an emergency patient. Despite the fact, ambulance receives special traffic protocols, it is still challenging that the ambulance reaches the hospital on time. In the context of a smart city, this proposal suggests a smart ambulance management system. If the patient needs an ambulance, the operator finds the nearest emergency vehicle and points it in the patient's direction. The programme dynamically tracks the positions of the ambulances to determine the quickest path to the injured person using maps provided by Google as an external service. Here we are tracking the ambulance with an IR transmitter and the road nearby speed breaker will have IR Receiver. Arduino Node MCU sends the alert message through the Internet of Things (IoT) and Global Positioning System (GPS). Then the necessary action can be taken after conforming to the location at a time. If an ambulance is on a nearby speed breaker, then it will turn automatically to the bottom and the even space will come up. It will give the chance for no need to reduce the speed of ambulance. During system analysis and experimentation, the system's efficiency, and dependability can be enhanced as well as a significant reduction in healthcare costs, a reduction in the number of intermediaries and timely and efficient service, and the avoidance of wasting time. This paper is to examine different IoT techniques for movement control and the different approaches to assist the emergency vehicle to reach nearby healing facility on time. The main focus is on finding the best techniques to reduce the traffic congestion.

— Designing a remote control can enable users without directly visiting the system. Controlling the source of electricity impacts increasing the efficiency of a system's performance and leads to monitoring and analyzing savings. Internet of Things network design is proposed in this research to control electrical equipment from an electrical panel source. The connection system between the Wemos D1 microcontroller and the designed Website can turn on and off the power lines on different building floors through a website information system. This study also describes the working system of data transmission between the Wemos D1 microcontroller and the Website by proposing a two-position control system design, namely on/off, based on the method of Observation, Interview, and Literature study. This study offers a prototype with C programming language as a Wemos D1 microcontroller design and information system simulation with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, and MongoDB as a Website design. The result is a two-position control system prototype that can operate properly to turn on and off the power lines on the 3rd and 4th floors, thereby increasing efficiency in terms of time and energy. Key words— Control System, Internet of Things, Two Positions, Wemos D1, Website Abstrak — Perancangan sebuah kendali jarak jauh dapat memudahkan penggunanya tanpa mengunjungi secara langsung sistem tersebut. Pengendalian sumber listrik berdampak untuk peningkatan efesiensi kinerja sebuah sistem serta bermuara pada sebuah monitoring dan analisa penghematan. Sebuah desain jaringan internet of things diusulkan pada penelitian ini untuk mengendalikan peralatan listrik dari sebuah sumber panel listrik. Sistem koneksi antara mikrokontroler Wemos D1 dan Website yang dirancang dapat menghidupkan dan mematikan jalur listrik pada lantai bangunan yang berbeda melalui sebuah sistem informasi website. Studi ini juga memamparkan sistem kerja transmisi data antara mikrokontroler Wemos D1 dan Website dengan mengusulkan sebuah perancangan sistem kontrol dua posisi yaitu on/off berdasarkan metode Observasi, Wawancara and Studi pustaka. Studi ini menawarkan sebuah prototipe dengan bahasa pemrograman C sebagai perancangan mikrokontroler Wemos D1 dan simulasi system informasi dengan HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, MongoDB sebagai perancangan pada Website. Hasilnya adalah sebuah prototipe sistem kontrol dua posisi yang dapat beroperasi dengan baik untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan jalur listrik di lantai 3 dan 4, dengan demikian dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal waktu dan juga tenaga. An ambulance is one of saving many lives by taking the people who need health emergencies. Saving the life of the person is one of the challenging and precious ones. Our key idea is to deliver a patient’s health condition before the victim reaches the hospital in this project. Here we use some biomedical sensors like a heartbeat sensor, temperature sensor, and a respiratory sensor to check the patient health status. There will be a continuous update to the hospital about the patient’s condition through the cloud with the help of the internet of things. The hospitals can also track the ambulance’s live location through the GPS placed in the ambulance where it arrives, and they can know at what time the patient reaches the hospital. With this information, if the patient is in critical condition, the hospital staff can make all the earlier arrangements before the patient arrives at the hospital and saves their lives as soon as possible. Here we use the biometric sensor to know the patient’s information by scanning the patient’s fingerprint. The stored database obtains this information. In cases of accident situations, to avoid legal problems, the patient’s information is sent to the cops through the GSM, and it is also intimated to the patient’s relatives as soon as possible. The parameters which are measured by using biomedical sensors are viewed by doctors using the Blynk app.
