“…Computing in all organizations is connected to networks, and these complex systems are modeled to suit the work required. Through research, software agents have been developed into active areas and so on, and thus received a lot of attention, especially in the technology field [4]. Testing software agents is a difficult task due to the independence and distribution of these systems.…”

“…The technology can also diminish the existence of a physical library and thus could be a threat to librarians (Bansal et al, 2018). The adoption of IoT in libraries in developing countries, as mentioned by Igbinovia and Okuonghae (2021b), is determined by context-based factors, including technological, organizational, environmental, and security/privacy factors. Asim et al (2022) identified lack of highly networked and integrated environment, financial issues, the absence of a policy and strategic plan, and a shortage of technical staff as the main obstacles to implementing IoT in Pakistani university libraries.…”

Although the library sector is still relatively new to IoT, there is evidence that some libraries have adopted some of the perspectives of IoT (Mohammadi and Yegane, 2018; Pujar and Satyanarayana, 2015).…”

“…Meanwhile, the possibility of introducing blockchain technology in libraries has also been explored (Khan et al , 2022; Tella, 2022). Furthermore, the application of brand new technologies in libraries like the Internet of Things (IoT) (Xie et al , 2020; Igbinovia, 2021) and big data analytics (BDA) (Islam et al , 2021) were also examined. However, investigations relating to blockchain, IoT, BDA, etc.…”
