International trade agreements within the GATT-WTO paradigm: a descriptive study based on sociological reflection approach

Abstract: After the end of the Second World War, the second half of the twentieth century brought in, one the one hand, the establishment of GATT provisions in 1947 and the legal texts implemented during its negotiation rounds as a regulatory framework, and on the other hand, the creation in 1995 of the WTO as the central normative entity for international trade.
