The ASEAN's preventive diplomacy is the new phenomenon in the regional architecture concerning with the living and breathing modern miracle in ASEAN. It has been one of the most substantial scenarios for all nation states to utilize and benefit form in term of common national interest and to divert major conflicts in the area of peaceful cooperation. The challenging issue in ASEAN is triggering political and security regional become tremendous problem, so ASEAN wouldn't be ignorable and has to narrowly compromise those rising major issues, immediately. The South China Sea and the Rakhine State issues are the two common aspects undertaking and discussing urgently, and it will be an obstacle for ASEAN to move forward in ASEAN integration. The rises of China in Southeast Asia is also an area of concern for ASEAN's efforts at preventing conflict because the confidence building has illustrated little progress in last a few years-after the signed DOC in 2002 but the progressing negotiation on the COC is now difficult to be finalized. Whereas the Rakhine State issue in Myanmar is better understanding as the human rights concerns and ASEAN would appreciate the hard efforts between Myanmar and Bangladesh Governments. However, Rohingyas crisis is uncompromisingly facing crackdown by both parties on other matters. In this regard, ASEAN diplomacy is applied by its roles and encourages powerful actors to take action with regards to the signatory MoU between Myanmar Government, UNDP and UNHCR in 2018. Facilitating the process of the repatriation of the displaced persons, is a positive measure to achieve solution for the people in Rakhine State. These sensitive issues are struggling ASEAN to quickly move on to the sustainable development, and also concern to all ASEAN partners especially the United Nations and the United States of America.

The adoption of an electronic banking system has reduced the complexities in financial transactions and made it possible for the vast populace to be financially included formally. Thus, financial inclusion has become a product used to improve the economic prosperity of entrepreneurs in rural communities. The study examined the impact of e-banking on financial inclusion and entrepreneurial growth in rural communities of Akwa Ibom State. A survey research design was adopted alongside multi-stage sampling techniques. Data for the research were collected from 300 respondents of farmers, petty shop sellers and auto-mechanics and data were analysed using inferential tools of the SPSS statistical package. The study was founded on public choice and diffusion of innovation theories. The study revealed that productivity in the farming sector in rural communities has improved immensely due to financial inclusion, despite the fact some farmers are still unaware of formal banking services. The study recommended that the Government should ensure proper sensitisation of the benefits of formal banking because some farmers in rural communities are still unaware of formal banking services. This has affected the enhancement in productivity that e-banking on financial inclusion has offered to farmers in rural communities.

The theme of ‘Human Security’ was first articulated by Mahbub-ul-Haq in the United Nations Development Programme’s Human Development Report in 1994. Freedom from fear and freedom from want are the two cardinal principles of human security. Human Security puts individual as the prime referral point in its exposition and analysis. Since, there is a lot of emphasis upon gender-specific discourses in the last three decades this article seeks to bring into limelight the critical perspectives of the interfaces between gender and human security, with special reference to India. This article raises some fundamental and pertinent questions. What impact does gender have on human security? What are the different dimensions of Human Security? To what extent we have been able to establish a gender-specific human security discourse in India? This article tries to answer all these substantive questions and establish a gendered-human security discourse in contemporary India.
