Intermittent KHz-frequency electrical stimulation selectively engages small unmyelinated vagal afferents

Abstract: Cervical vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) provides relatively minimally-invasive access to vagal fiber populations innervating most visceral organs, making it an attractive therapy candidate for various diseases.
