Abstract: Identifying the descriptors for the synergistic catalytic activity of bifunctional oxide-zeolite catalysts constitutes a formidable challenge in realizing the potential of tandem hydrogenation of CO 2 to hydrocarbons (HC) for sustainable fuel production.
