“…The current neutrino oscillation experiments such as MINOS (with E/L ∼ 8 × 10 −4 eV 2 ) [6] and NOνA (with E/L ∼ 5 × 10 −4 eV 2 ) [21] are insensitive to the oscillation frequency X 12 .
