Interictal EEG spikes identify the region of electrographic seizure onset in some, but not all, pediatric epilepsy patients

Abstract: SUMMARYPurpose: The role of sharps and spikes, interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs), in guiding epilepsy surgery in children remains controversial, particularly with intracranial electroencephalography (IEEG).
