Intergenerational Conflict at US Airlines: An Unresolved Oedipal Complex?

Abstract: Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to investigate how, if at all, organizational dynamics changed at US airlines after an industry wide modification to mandatory retirement age regulations in 2007.
