Abstract:RESUMO: A fase pré-analítica inicia-se quando a análise é solicitada, passando pela aquisição da amostra e finda ao se iniciar a análise propriamente dita, com taxas de reprovação nesta fase variando de 46% a 68,2% por amostra insuficiente, coleta inadequada, manuseio e envio, e identificação correta.
