“…The solution containing SQ-PEG 1500 -NH-Boc was collected from the dialysis tube and was freeze-dried under reduced pressure to obtain a white fluffy solid yielding 196.2 mg (80%). Due to the self-assembly properties of squalene moiety and the amphiphilic nature of the SQ-PEG 1500 -NH-Boc copolymer, in aqueous media, the preparation of SQ-PEG 1500 -NH-Boc unloaded micelles was accomplished by the ultrasound-assisted method, using the protocol published elsewhere [31,60].
