Intercultural Competence

Abstract: The strong interest in intercultural competence—and related concepts such as transcultural competence—reflects the response to economic and other global changes which have, in many countries, increased mobility motivated by trade and, increasingly, by study abroad. “…Ehhez célszerű megvizsgálni az "interkulturális kommunikációs kompetencia" (IKK) fogalmát. Az elmúlt évtizedekben számos kutató (Chen, 1987;Byram, 1995Byram, , 2018Sercu, 2002Sercu, , 2022Kim & Ebesu Hubbard, 2007;Fantini, 2020) definiálta az IKK-t. A jelen kutatásban Deardorff Delphiprojektje került fókuszba, ahol a releváns irodalom elemzése és strukturálása megtörtént, melynek végén az IKK definíciója tisztázódott.
