InterCriteria Analysis applied to human resources in science and technology

Abstract: In the current paper an application of the Inter Criteria approach to data on education inflows obtained from Eurostat's Education database (HRST-Human Resources in Science & Technology) is presented. The aim is to analyze the correlations between 35 countries (the EU Member States and available Candidate Countries and EFTA countries) against the years 2008-2017.
