Interacción acetaminofén-bases nitrogenadas de DNA, un estudio electroquímico

Abstract: En este trabajo, se expone por primera vez la interacción del acetaminofén con las bases púricas del DNA (guanina y adenina). El estudio de la interacción se realizó a través de voltamperometría diferencial de pulso (VDP), se encontró que, el acetaminofén, la guanina (G) y adenina (A) no presentan interferencia entre las diferentes especies, y pueden ser analizadas de forma independiente.
