Abstract: For symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM), how to effectively relieve left ventricular outflow tract obstruction is of great significance. Relying on drugs and double-chamber pacing to reduce left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient can alleviate symptoms.
