Intensity (Velocity) Volume (Distance) and Duration of Running Correlates Ratings of Perceived Exertion of Adult Male

Abstract: The objectives of the study were to examine the relationship between: (1) intensity (velocity) of running and ratings of perceived exertion (2) volume (distance) of running and ratings of perceived exertion (3) duration of running and ratings of perceived exertion and (4) the product of load (intensity and volume) of running and ratings of perceived exertion.
