Formação de competência profissional entre alunos de Instituições Rurais de ensino no contexto da COVID-19 O objetivo principal do artigo é estudar as principais qualidades da formação de competência profissional entre estudantes de instituições rurais no contexto da COVID-19. No mundo moderno, onde o conhecimento e a tecnologia são atualizados mais rapidamente do que a vida de uma geração de pessoas, o processo educacional deve ser direcionado não apenas para o domínio do conhecimento básico, mas também para a aquisição da necessidade e habilidades para assimilar de forma independente novos conhecimentos e informações ao longo da vida, e usá-las efetivamente na prática. A metodologia de pesquisa envolve o uso da tecnologia IDEF0. O principal resultado do estudo é a abordagem metodológica apresentada para modelagem e o próprio modelo. A novidade e valor dos resultados obtidos residem no modelo e blocos apresentados. Formation of Professional Competence Among Students of Rural Institutions of Education in the Context of COVID-19 ABSTRACT. The main purpose of the article is to study the main qualities of the formation of professional competence among students of rural institutions of education in the context of COVID-19. In the modern world, where knowledge and technology are updated faster than the life of one generation of people, the educational process should be directed not only to mastering basic knowledge but also to acquiring the need, skills, and abilities to independently assimilate new knowledge and information throughout life and effectively use them in practice. The research methodology involves the use of IDEF0 technology. The key result of the study is the presented methodological approach to modeling and the model itself. The novelty and value of the results obtained lie in the presented model and blocks. Formación de Competencias Profesionales entre Estudiantes de Instituciones de Educación Rurales en el Contexto del COVID-19 RESUMEN. El artículo tiene como propósito principal estudiar las principales cualidades de la formación de la competencia profesional entre estudiantes de instituciones de educación superior rurales en el contexto del COVID-19. En el mundo moderno, donde el conocimiento y la tecnología se actualizan más rápido que la vida de una generación de personas, el proceso educativo debe estar dirigido no solo a dominar los conocimientos básicos, sino también a adquirir la necesidad, destrezas y habilidades para asimilar de manera independiente nuevos conocimientos y información a lo largo de la vida y utilizarlos eficazmente en la práctica. La metodología de investigación implica el uso de la tecnología IDEF0. El resultado clave del estudio es el enfoque metodológico presentado para el modelado y el modelo en sí. La novedad y valor de los resultados obtenidos radica en el modelo y bloques presentados. “…Psychological adaptation is a process that manifests itself through the state of the psychological characteristics of the subject, providing a dynamic balance between the psycho-emotional state of the individual and the constantly changing conditions of the social environment. Psychological adaptation of first-year students is determined by the state of psychophysical, psycho-emotional, cognitive and value-motivational characteristics of the individual (Sylkin, Bosak, Homolska, Okhrimenko, Andrushkiv, 2021). To do this, we have identified psychological and pedagogical conditions that affect the psychological characteristics of adaptation: the creation of a "situation of trust"; reflection of the psychophysical and psycho-emotional state, needs and ideas about expanding the adaptive capabilities, values of students; forecasting and modeling of own activity.…”

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of maintaining and caring for the psychological health of students of an educational institution. The research methodology involves the use of modern methods of modeling the maintenance and care of psychological health among students of an educational institution. The importance of health in the life of every person and society is becoming increasingly important today. The problem of health in modern society is considered in the context of the state of the environment, socio-economic status, working and living conditions, lifestyle. The focus of preventive efforts today is shifting from specific disorders to general health promotion. The study of health is becoming increasingly important in the context of the humanities, especially social psychology, which is engaged in the study of mechanisms orienting towards a healthy lifestyle and the promotion of preventive behavior. As a result, the main model for ensuring the preservation and care of psychological health among students of an educational institution was presented.

The main purpose of the article is a feature of the features of the legal support of the financial activity of socio-economic systems. The object of the study is the financial activity of socio-economic systems. The structure of the article provides for consistent actions through a review of scientific and practical literature, a presentation of the research methodology, a description of the results obtained and the conclusions drawn from them. It is proved that the successful functioning of the financial activity of the socio-economic system depends primarily on its legal support. It has been established that the main purpose of the financial department of such socio-economic systems as enterprises is to determine the needs of the enterprise for financial resources and the amounts necessary to fulfil the economic development plan of the enterprise; search for reserves to increase profitability; Increasing the profitability of activities The research methodology involves the use of methods of analysis and synthesis with a combination of the methodology of the hierarchical ordering of the main legal factors that affect the financial activities of socio-economic systems. The importance of analyzing the features of the legal support of the financial activity of socio-economic systems is proved. As a result of the study, a hierarchical ordering of the main legal factors that have a significant impact on the financial activities of socio-economic systems was presented. The study is limited by ignoring other components of the economic activity of socio-economic systems. Subsequent studies should be devoted to the study of the legal support of the information activity of socio-economic systems.
