Intelligent Transportation Logistics Optimal Warehouse Location Method Based on Internet of Things and Blockchain Technology

Abstract: In order to cut down on costs to the greatest possible extent, enterprises hope to distribute goods to different customers at the lowest costs possible. Based on this, this paper proposes an optimal location method for an intelligent transportation logistics warehouse. This scheme combines a variety of complex mechanisms to allow IoT devices to provide input. The scheme makes full use of the irreducibility of a blockchain system to promote the development and design of blockchain logistics applications. This m… Show more

“…The complexity of maintaining visibility across the SC, from production to consumption, necessitates quicker product and information delivery and coordination across the SC network. The integration of BCT with RFID technology synchronises all details about orders, shipments and payments, offering real-time tracking, minimising errors and improving visibility at the receiving (Chen et al, 2022;Ibrahim et al, 2022) by leveraging the unique features of BCT contributed to the SDG 9: Industry, innovation and infrastructure attainment.…”

“…In acquiring or procuring raw materials to make parts, visibility into product certification is vital, along with production planning, where all production planning materials must be valid to avoid disruption to manufacturers and suppliers (Dutta et al, 2020). Additionally, using RFID assists in managing inventory and warehouses (Kumar et al, 2022a(Kumar et al, , 2022b, logistics and shipping activities (Chen et al, 2022;Yang et al, 2019). Varriale et al (2020) argued that BCT could strengthen the formation of sustainable environmental SC related to observing and reducing CO 2 emissions, ameliorating circular economy activities and observing the authenticity of raw materials explicitly used in the aerospace industry.…”

“…The model showed the ability to operate effectively when it was possible to classify items in a logistics centre very well, thereby increasing operational efficiency and reducing waiting times. Blockchain logistics 'apps' for the optimum placement of intelligent transport logistics centres were created by Chen et al [117], to make use of the blockchain system's simplicity and IoT input devices. This strategy was used to monitor where goods were in the supply chain at any given time.…”
