The pandemic situation has pretentious the habitual life of the human, it also has surpassed the regional, social, business activities and forced human society to live in a limited boundary. In this paper, the application of the internet of things (IoT) and machine learning (ML) based system to combat pandemic situation in health care application has been discussed. The developed ML and IoT based monitoring system help in tracking the infected persons from the previous data and makes them get isolate from the non-infected person. The developed ML combined IoT system uses parallel computing in tracking the pandemic disease and also in the prevention of pandemic disease by predicting and analysing the data using artificial intelligence. The implementation of ML-based IoT in the pandemic situation in healthcare application has proved its performance in tracking and prevents the spreading of pandemic disease. It also further has a positive impact on reducing medical costs and has recorded improved treatment for infected patients. The proposed methodology has an accuracy of 93 % in monitoring and tracking. The result obtained help in preventing the spread of the pandemic and provide support to the healthcare system.

This research aims to advance accessibility and inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. We focus on specific daily challenges facing people with disabilities in communication, mobility, and daily task management and introduce AssistEase, a groundbreaking smart wheelchair solution designed to empower people with disabilities by improving mobility, communication capabilities, and daily task management. AssistEase will contribute to the disabled community around the world by allowing them to manage daily tasks and communicate more easily while ensuring mobility. AssistEase offers control options such as handsfree voice control, traditional manual control, smartphone-based Bluetooth control, or innovative gesture control, designed to cater to different user preferences and needs. This uses technologies such as speech recognition, computer vision, and haptic [92] feedback to help users navigate safely while avoiding obstacles. It integrates technologies like Flutter, TensorFlow, YOLOV8, Global Positioning System (GPS), Bluetooth, and Apple Home Kit, along with hardware components including Arduino and Raspberry PI. Preliminary trials have shown improvements in mobility, communication, and daily tasks for users in need. It achieves 95% precision in guiding wheelchair users while maintaining about 90% accuracy for the robotic arm and 89% for health monitoring and location tracking. Also, it provides a user-friendly app with 90% control accuracy. The communication device has 92% accuracy in facilitating user communication, while hand gesture control achieves 90% accuracy. To advance AssistEase smart wheelchair technology, further research, and development are required to enhance its adaptability for specific disabilities. AssistEase reflects a commitment to creating a more inclusive and thriving society, focusing on innovation and inclusion for individuals of all abilities.

In this research, a heuristic algorithm is used to find an optimal route for smart logistic loading and unloading operations. Various environments, such as traditional building blocks, satellite images, terrain environments, and Google map environments are used to optimize the viable path in the smart mobile logistic application. The proposed autonomous vehicle route planning navigation approach is to forecast the autonomous vehicle's path until it detects an imminent obstacle, at which point it should turn to the safest area before continuing on its route. The algorithm can identify the best route between two locations in the target space by taking into account of various aspects including obstacle violation, detection probability, convergence rate, and path length. To demonstrate the path navigation results of proposed algorithms, a navigational model is developed in the MATLAB/Simulink 2D virtual environment. To find the most feasible path for a given application environment, the particle swarm optimization method, the Bat search algorithm, and its variants are presented. According to extensive simulation and benchmark validation results, the proposed Standard particle swarm optimization (SPSO) has a significantly shorter path, quick convergence rate and take less time to compute the distance between the loading and unloading environment locations than the Bat search algorithm and its variants.
