Abstract:This study investigates the utilization of a trapezoidal cavity with a corrugated bottom wall containing a Carreau hybrid nanofluid composed of water, aluminum, and copper nanoparticles. A heated, rotating cylinder is placed at the center of the enclosure in the presence of an external magnetic field. The impact of Forchheimer and Brinkman porous medium models on the hybrid nanofluid is examined. Three different inlet–outlet placement configurations are considered to investigate their influence on heat transfe… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
