Abstract: This paper investigates the synchronization problem of delayed neural networks (DNNs). First, we introduce an intelligent hybrid eventtriggered scheme (IHETS) that allows sensors to wait within a specified time range after triggering measurements, thereby reducing network load and avoiding Zeno behavior.
