For instance, users of the same UPN community could exchange multi-copy, tweet size text messages, in a urban space relying on their shared subscribed Internet connections as a backbone infrastructure [Rolla and Curado, 2013a]. The average end-to-end delay observed during 3G/4G offloading ranges from 3 to 24 hours, but it depends on the user demand for data.…”
