Abstract

Die Wiedergabe von Gebrauchsnamen, Handelsnamen, Warenbezeichnungen usw. in diesem Werk berechtigt auch ohne besondere Kennzeichnung nicht zu der Annahme, dass solche Namen im Sinne der Warenzeichen-und Markenschutzgesetzgebung als frei zu betrachten wären und daher von jedermann benutzt werden dürften. Auch die "Digitalisierung", die angeblich radikal alles verändert, hat zur Voraussetzung, dass zuerst "nachgedacht und systematisiert werden muss ehe programmiert wird". (Kapitel 5.2.2.5; sie ist aber hier ohnehin kein Schwerpunkt!).
