Integrative Genetic Analysis of Allergic Inflammation in the Murine Lung

Abstract: Airway allergen exposure induces inflammation among individuals with atopy that is characterized by altered airway gene expression, elevated levels of T helper type 2 cytokines, mucus hypersecretion, and airflow obstruction.
