Abstract: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is the most common B-cell malignancy in the Western world, characterized by frequent relapses despite temporary remissions. Our study integrated publicly available proteomic, transcriptomic, and patient survival datasets to identify key differences between healthy and CLL samples.
