Self‐reflection activities require the student to write and discuss their own attitudes, beliefs and behaviours (Ekelman et al, 2003; Musolino et al, 2009, 2010; Panzarella, 2009; Romanello, 2007; Romanello & Holtgrefe, 2009; Werremeyer & Skoy, 2012).
