The integration of multimedia teaching refers to a novel teaching mode that combines multimedia, information resources, and information methods with content and teaching process in the teaching process with the guidance of contemporary educational ideas and organically unifies them on a spatial and temporal platform, so as to better accomplish the teaching tasks. However, with the deepening of network teaching and school connotation construction, various resources such as media materials, courseware, network courses, and teaching cases generated by education and teaching, as well as academic works, papers, patents, project results, and lectures of experts and professors gathered by scientific research, are increasing. In this situation, how to integrate teaching resources and courses to provide students with an independent learning platform and an information-based learning environment has become an urgent issue. For this problem, data mining has shown a strong vitality, and data mining can find out the potential connection between datasets. Association rule mining is the most researched and widely used data mining method. In this paper, we propose a multimedia network-assisted English integration of educational resources method based on association rule algorithm to give full play to the role of “multimedia technology” and realize the integration of traditional English teaching and information network culture, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing English teaching. The experimental results show that with the increase of data volume, the average testing time of Apriori is reduced by 56.49 s compared with MapReduce, so the advantage of Apriori algorithm is more obvious. Therefore, this research can effectively provide students with rich and colorful personalized resources, realize high-performance interactive learning, and help students cultivate their independent learning ability as well as their lifelong learning habits.

This paper first deconstructs the core of the college English precision education model, combines relevant theoretical knowledge, and constructs a college English precision education model based on artificial intelligence. Secondly, the convolutional neural network technology is integrated into the joint probability matrix decomposition model, and the resource recommendation list is generated through the cognitive ability level of students and their individualized needs so as to realize the precise, intelligent recommendation of English education resources. Finally, the performance of the recommendation for teaching English educational resources and the practical effect of the educational model are explored through comparative experiments. The results show that the precision rate and recall rate of the recommendation with a test set of 10% are 0.871 and 0.866, respectively, and the F1 value is 0.88. After the teaching practice, students’ listening ability improved by 0.132, expression ability improved by 0.13, reading ability improved by 0.132, writing ability improved by 0.130, and translation ability improved by 0.128. Based on the paper, the educational model has a positive impact on improving the level of English education in colleges and universities.

This paper investigates AI-based interactive music design and proposes a new music learning mode. It aids in the development of students’ inquiry skills and allows teachers to take the lead. At the same time, this paper systematically introduces the status of DL theory’s application in music teaching evaluation and uses DL theory to develop a mathematical model for an AI music teaching evaluation system. The construction method of an AI music teaching evaluation model based on DL is detailed in this paper. The model can assess the quality of AI music teaching after the network has been trained. The designed instructional quality evaluation NN is trained and measured in this paper to verify the model’s performance. The experimental results show that this model has a prediction accuracy of 94.79 percent, which is approximately 8.52 percent higher than the traditional methods. It has some practicality and feasibility, and it can serve as a useful benchmark for the development of various instructional quality evaluation systems.
