As demonstrated empirically by Frías et al (2020), motivational factors related to Plog's psychographics (Cruz-Milán, 2019) have an impact on CBBE for tourism destinations, since consumers choose those brands that are more meaningful, closely associated to their personalities and self-concepts (Plog, 2001, 2004).
