Integrating multi-omics analyses of Nonomuraea dietziae to reveal the role of soybean oil in [(4′-OH)MeLeu]4-CsA overproduction

Abstract: Background Nonomuraea dietziae is a promising microorganism to mediate the region-specific monooxygenation reaction of cyclosporine A (CsA). The main product [(4′-OH)MeLeu]4-CsA possesses high anti-HIV/HCV and hair growth-stimulating activities while avoiding the immunosuppressive effect of CsA.
