Abstract: Cardiovascular disease has become a major public health problem. The concept of “cardiovascular continuum” refers to the continuous process from the risk factors that lead to arteriosclerosis, vulnerable plaque rupture, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure, and death.
