“…Ocholla et al [96] related the notion of the fourth industrial revolution with the aim of creating makerspaces in academic libraries to promote innovation and creativity. A significant number of articles addressing creativity and FabLabs or makerspaces were based on designing such built environments of this type in public and university libraries [75], some of which were created under tight budgets [97].
