Abstract:The X-ray double-crystal technique was applied for an integrated analysis of substructures in plastically deformed beryllium single crystals, using both radial intensity distributions 1(20) and rocking curves l(w) of the reflections 0002, 1010 and 1120. Scanning of the surroundings of selected points of the reciprocal lattice (reciprocal space mapping) in two dimensions gives comprehensive information about the lattice disorder due to the dislocation structure. From the line broadening of the intensity distrib… Show more
The long-term dynamics evolution behaviors of deuterium in beryllium under different irradiation conditions are investigated using the cluster dynamics model.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
