Integrated sRNAome and RNA-Seq Analysis Reveals miRNA Effects on Betalain Biosynthesis in Pitaya

Abstract: Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) and their regulatory functions in anthocyanin, carotenoid, and chlorophyll accumulation have been extensively characterized in many plant species.
