“…Carrying out control measures cannot be carried out without highquality state regulation of the resource potential through its diagnostics.The diagnostic mechanism can be built on the basis of integrating into it approaches to economic security, in particular, threshold estimates (standards) that characterize the resource state of the region in the context of socio-economic development.
