Integrated approach to malaria prevention at household level in rural communities in Uganda: experiences from a pilot project

Abstract: BackgroundMalaria is a major public health challenge in sub-Saharan Africa. In Uganda, malaria is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality especially among children under five years of age.
