Integrated Allosteric Model of Voltage Gating of Hcn Channels

Abstract: Hyperpolarization-activated (pacemaker) channels are dually gated by negative voltage and intracellular cAMP. Kinetics of native cardiac f-channels are not compatible with HH gating, and require closed/open multistate models.
