Insulin autoantibody syndrome: Varying clinical presentations and response patterns of an underrecognized entity

Abstract: Context:Insulin autoantibody syndrome (IAAS) is considered to be a rare cause of hyperinsulinaemic hypoglycaemia. Lack of familiarity with the varied clinical manifestations leads to underdiagnosis.
