Instrumentalization of the Constitutional Order as a Tool of Political Control in the Post-Soviet Space. The Case of the Republic of Georgia

Abstract: Georgia is one of the most democratized states in the post-Soviet space. This article presents the mechanisms of instrumentalization and ideologization of the Georgian constitution and its political and social context.
