Protective equipment is used in any equipment of motor vehicle enterprises, both to protect the equipment itself to reduce damage and for the worker. The protective elements of the equipment must provide high indicators of reliability and accuracy, therefore the purpose of this article is to conduct a study of these protective elements to improve their efficiency and reliability of operation when used on the equipment of motor vehicle enterprises. In the work, research on the design of protective couplings of various types, as well as experimental studies of the torque of the protective elements of these couplings. The places of use of these couplings were given with justification of their effectiveness and expediency in this equipment. Design schemes of these couplings are presented and the principles of their operation are described. Experimental studies of the torque depending on the design features of these couplings, calculations of the transmission of the maximum and minimum torque of the proposed protective couplings were carried out. Also, the experimental method was used to determine the indicators of the accuracy of operation due to the load on the protective elements of the proposed couplings, which showed good results. The proposed pulse-type coupling showed the possibility of load control without special design changes, which makes its use universal and effective in equipment. So, summing up, both experimental and theoretical studies can be concluded about the effectiveness of using these safety clutches in the equipment of motor vehicle enterprises. These protective clutches showed high indicators of accuracy and reliability of operation, which are confirmed by the results of research. Design features of the proposed protective couplings make their use universal, both for equipment with high load requirements and for mild loads, high accuracy of their operation makes them safe for workers.

Враховуючи вимогу мінімізації пошкодження під час транспортування насіннєвих зернових матеріалів, проведено техніко-економічне обґрунтування ефективності розроблених конструкцій гвинтових робочих органів з еластичними поверхнями. Встановлено, що шнекові транспортери дають пошкодження під час транспортування зерна в межах 1,2…8,6 %, а його багаторазове проходження по шнеку сприяє значному травмуванню зерна. Встановлено, що орієнтовні втрати середнього фермерського господарства в Україні за рахунок використання традиційних шнеків під час перевантаження насіннєвих зернових матеріалів становлять близько 0,7605 т за рік. Запобігти цим втратам можливо за рахунок розроблених і апробованих гвинтових робочих органів зі щіткоподібною еластичною робочою поверхнею, конструкції яких (зі щіткоподібним елементом та з кріпленням еластичних елементів на торцевій спіралі шнека) і способи їх виготовлення наведено в цій праці. Виготовлення еластичного гвинтового робочого органа зі щіткоподібним елементом передбачає виконання такої послідовності технологічних операцій: розмітка (відповідно до прийнятого кроку) і свердління отворів по гвинтовій поверхні пустотілого вала; закріплення пустотілих циліндричних трубок в отворах по гвинтовій поверхні пустотілого вала; закріплення в пустотілих циліндричних трубках пучків еластичних щіткоподібних елементів; закріплення на торцевих поверхнях пустотілого вала цапф. Процес виготовлення шнеків з кріпленням еластичних елементів на торцевій спіралі передбачає виконання таких технологічних операцій: свердління свердлильною головкою отворів на торцевій поверхні навитої щільним пакетом на ребро спіралі; калібрування спіралі на заданий крок; жорстке закріплення спіралі із заданим кроком на поверхні пустотілого вала; механічне закріплення в отворах торцевої поверхні спіралі еластичних елементів; закріплення на торцевих поверхнях пустотілого вала цапф. За проведеними підрахунками витрат на виготовлення еластичних поверхонь гвинтових робочих органів встановлено, що вартість виготовлення еластичного гвинтового робочого органа (довжиною L = 4 м, діаметром D = 96 мм та з кроком Т = 80 мм) зі щіткоподібними елементами становить 971,03 грн, а з кріпленням еластичних елементів на торцевій поверхні спіралі – 880,52 грн. На підставі проведених розрахунків можна зробити висновок, що більший економічний ефект за рахунок зниження травмування зернових одержується за використання гвинтових робочих органів зі щіткоподібними елементами. Згідно з розрахунками, орієнтовний річний економічний ефект для фермерського господарства за використання гвинтових робочих органів зі щіткоподібними елементами порівняно з традиційними становить 3680,08 грн (станом на 01.2022 р.) і 3626,57 грн за використання гвинтових робочих органів із кріпленням еластичних елементів на торцевій поверхні спіралі. Однак, враховуючи те, що гвинтові робочі органи з кріпленням еластичних елементів на торцевій поверхні спіралі забезпечують значно вищу продуктивність порівняно зі шнеком із щіткоподібним елементом (в 1,34…1,5 раза), то їх застосування можна вважати більш пріоритетним.

The article presents the design of the elastic brush screw working body of the screw conveyor, which makes it possible to reduce mechanical damage to grain, reduce dangerous loads caused by forced rolling when grain material is chocked during transportation. The relationship between the design parameters of elastic brush screw working bodies fibers and force loads on grains with elements of spherical surfaces and the conditions of their chocking during transportation is established. The calculation scheme for determining the parameters of grain transportation by an elastic brush screw working body is presented. The equation for determination of the allowable external load on the grain in the perpendicular direction to the flights of the elastic brush screw working body during transportation in the conveyor is derived. The condition of grain chocking between the fibers and the inner surface of the screw conveyor housing is determined.
